What is EasyBond?
EasyBond is a seed enhancement product designed to improve the survival rates of Rhizobium cells by providing a protective coating during seed application. It is particularly effective for use with EasyRhiz™ Vial Concentrate Legume Inoculant or NoduleN™ peat-based rhizobia inoculant.
How does EasyBond work?
EasyBond is a water-soluble powder that buffers water to nourish and protect Rhizobium cells during reconstitution. It enhances on-seed adhesion, reducing osmotic shock and desiccation, which helps to preserve Rhizobia.
What are the benefits of using EasyBond with legume seeds?
EasyBond Genesis is a protective agent that improves the survivability of Rhizobia during reconstitution and application. It buffers the water when reconstituting the freeze-dried cells from the EasyRhiz™ Vial Concentrate Legume Inoculant. By reducing osmotic shock and enhancing seed adhesion of the rhizobia to seeds EasyBond enables optimum results from the EasyRhiz™ Vial Concentrate Legume Inoculant. For further details on reconstituting EasyRhiz™ with EasyBond Genesis please refer to the EasyRhiz™ and EasyBond technical data sheets.
What is the recommended application procedure?
In a clean bucket, dissolve the contents of one EasyBond sachet in 1L of cool, clean, non-chlorinated water (pH between 6.5 and 7.5). Add desired inoculant (EasyRhiz™ vial or NoduleN™) and adjust final volume to required levels. Note: If increasing the inoculant rate (double inoculating), use 1 sachet of EasyBond and keep the water ratio standard. For further details please refer to the EasyBond product label and the technical data sheet.
What is the shelf life of EasyBond?
EasyBond has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
Are there any safety precautions?
Always wear gloves and a face mask while preparing and applying EasyBond. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
